Portrait WIP - crit please

A WIP I'm currently working on. I thought I'd try to get some constructive criticism before I progress, mostly because I'm a bit stumped for ideas. The picture itself will be much bigger, but I haven't really worked on anything else than the face.

I deliberately used very soft brushes for the face to get that soft look, but I will go over some areas with a harder brush (especially the hair, which I've just started) afterwards.

The main things I need help for are these: 1. What to do for the rest of the picture? This is kinda last resort, but I have no idea. NO idea. 2. Is everything in proportion? 3. When you look at her, who do you think she is? What type of woman? 4. Colours OK? 5. Anything else you can find.

I really hope hope HOPE that someone will take a good, critical look at this. I REALLY don't want to screw this up by working for hours at the wrong thing.
