Witch queen remake WIP

Yet another old picture that is being redone. Also experimenting with some new Photoshop brushes, which is why it might look a bit different from my usual stuff. Not sure how polished I want it to be, we'll see, but this is just a small part of the picture for once. The original picture has something as rare (on my account anyway) as a full figure and a background. This is simply as far as I got. I'll probably at least add in some more colour in her face anyway, and her clothing will be more detailed.
